If you have woken up tired and moody, you are always under a lot of stress and have troubles sleeping, here are some tips that will return you your well deserved
energy and the smile on your face.

Wake up gently, set up a gentle and suiting melody on your phone which will easily wake you up. The noisy alarm clock increases you heart beats per minute, and your organism starts to get stressed.

Always have your breakfast. The breakfast is very important because if you are left hungry you will start feeling bad and tired. Your mood will only get worse as well. No matter how much you work, or in how big of a hurry you are try to at least take in 100 calories.

Take in a lot of liquids. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That way you will be more energetic and your skin will be more smooth and elastic.

Always be surrounded by fresh air, which will improve your mood and will strengthen your immunity. Slowly breathe in the fresh air while watering your plants or while going to the store. Always have your sneakers around you, and go for a walk whenever you can.

Try to have an active brain, just as your body. Crosswords and puzzles are a great way to test your mental capabilities.

Instead of buying juices, try to drink a homemade juice or tea.

Close your eyes and enjoy the silence, learn how to relax. Meditate. Enjoy the little things. Enjoy the flowers for an instance.
