Many products have plentiful of inorganic sweeteners, and
different mixtures are created to create different tastes. Many ingredients
which are very unhealthy but make the food last longer a re used, and of course
consumed daily.
According to many nutritionists this a are only some of the
food which should only be thought about, and not consumed:
`Light`
fruit yoghurts
Most of this products contain artificial sweeteners, aromas
and many times nave 2/3 more proteins than the non `light` yoghurts.
Specifically, those little less calories which you will put in your body are
simply not worth it, knowing what else you will put into your body.
Cereal
enriched with proteins
This cereal normally contain highly processed soya with
contains no nutritious goods. If you want to have some cereal with both milk or yoghurt, the best thing is to choose the normal ones.
Milk coffee
additions
In this products there are too many unhealthy products and
trans – acids. If you really feel like you need some milk in your coffee try
putting in some regular milk.
