Food Wich Nutritionists never Eat




Many products have plentiful of inorganic sweeteners, and different mixtures are created to create different tastes. Many ingredients which are very unhealthy but make the food last longer a re used, and of course consumed daily.
According to many nutritionists this a are only some of the food which should only be thought about, and not consumed:

`Light` fruit yoghurts
Most of this products contain artificial sweeteners, aromas and many times nave 2/3 more proteins than the non `light` yoghurts. Specifically, those little less calories which you will put in your body are simply not worth it, knowing what else you will put into your body.

Cereal enriched with proteins
This cereal normally contain highly processed soya with contains no nutritious goods. If you want to have some cereal with both milk or yoghurt, the best thing is to choose the normal ones.

Milk coffee additions
In this products there are too many unhealthy products and trans – acids. If you really feel like you need some milk in your coffee try putting in some regular milk.

Tips For a Better and More HEALTHY Life!



If you have woken up tired and moody, you are always under a lot of stress and have troubles sleeping, here are some tips that will return you your well deserved energy and the smile on your face.

•    Wake up gently, set up a gentle and suiting melody on your phone which will easily wake you up. The noisy alarm clock increases you heart beats per minute, and your organism starts to get stressed.

•    Always have your breakfast. The breakfast is very important because  if you are left hungry you will start feeling bad and tired. Your mood will only get worse as well. No matter how much you work, or in how big of a hurry you are try to at least take in 100 calories.

•    Take in a lot of liquids. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That way you will be more energetic and your skin will be more smooth and elastic.

•    Always be surrounded by fresh air, which will improve your mood and will strengthen your immunity. Slowly breathe in the fresh air while watering your plants or while going to the store. Always have your sneakers around you, and go for a walk whenever you can. Our body is made to walk, to move, not to be positioned in only one place.

•    Try to have an active brain, just as your body. Crosswords and puzzles are a great way to test your mental capabilities.

•    Always be surrounded by positive people. We are unconsciously affected by the people we are surrounded with, so, why not be surrounded by positive people?

•    Take your hairbrush use it as a microphone and sing loudly in your home. Many studies have shown that singing suites your pulse, it regulates your blood pressure and lowers the stress. No matter if you are in your car or in the shower, – sing!

•    Instead of buying juices, try to drink a homemade juice or tea.


•    Close your eyes and enjoy the silence, learn how to relax. Meditate. Enjoy the little things. Enjoy the flowers for an instance.

•    Stretch before going to bed. Have some milk, ready a few pages of your favorite book and enjoy your good night sleep. Eight hours of sleep are ideal to help your body regenerate and get ready for the next day.
