This beverage is best to drink while you are feeling melancholic, when you are feeling like you have no energy or you need to wake up sooner.
•    Needed ingredients:
2 apples
3 centimeters of broccoli root
Handful of spinach
A quarter of a fresh cucumber
A quarter of fresh lemon
1 centimeter of fresh root of ginger
Celery
Cube of ice
Preparation:




After you have washed all you ingredients, first, in your juicer put one peeled apple, and then put the spinach, lemon, ginger, broccoli, the cucumber, celery and in the end the other apple. Put the juice in a glass and put the ice. The ice can also be blended with the juice in a blender.
