It protects us from all external influences, chemical, physical, biological, natural… It also works in the other direction - it conveys messages about the state of all internal organs, our emotional and mental state.

 

 What should you skip in meals to be healthy and make your skin look beautiful?


 Eat a gluten-free diet found in white wheat flour. So do not eat bakery products because in addition to gluten they contain trans fats, sugar, additives, artificial colors and means to prolong freshness. It has been scientifically proven that sugar and gluten cause dementia and Alzheimer's in younger populations, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. dementia occurred in very old people - late eighties.Today it is seen more often in people in the fifties, and unfortunately, in the late thirties. This industry comes in various ways to satisfy the taste of consumers, so substances that delay the feeling of satiety are often used. A real example of this are various snacks, because when you open a bag with these products, you can't stop until you eat everything.

 Do not take meat products (sausages, pâtés, sausages, hams…). You should eat only dried pieces of meat (homemade prosciutto, bacon, greaves, sausages). 

 Sweets to the extreme minimum! Keep in mind that any excess sugar that does not burn, turns into fat. The healthiest is sugar from fruit. Simple sugars (white and yellow) are not healthy!
