Influence of diet on the general condition of the organism and the appearance of the skin

Smršajte pazeći na zdravlje ovog organa - ZdraviJa

The skin is one of the organs of our physical being. By being exposed and visible, it is of great importance in terms of health and aesthetics. It protects us from all external influences, chemical, physical, biological, natural… It also works in the other direction - it conveys messages about the state of all internal organs, our emotional and mental state.

What should you skip in meals to be healthy and make your skin look beautiful?

Eat a gluten-free diet found in white wheat flour. So do not eat bakery products because in addition to gluten they contain trans fats, sugar, additives, artificial colors and means to prolong freshness. It has been scientifically proven that sugar and gluten cause dementia and Alzheimer's in younger populations, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. dementia occurred in very old people - late eighties.Today it is seen more often in people in the fifties, and unfortunately, in the late thirties. Also, this diet leaves consequences on the skin itself, which becomes more prone to faster aging, decay, and often the diet is the cause of acne.

Do not eat industrial products. In every industrial product you have the so-called. hidden sugar. Even though it is a salty product. This industry comes in various ways to satisfy the taste of consumers, so substances that delay the feeling of satiety are often used. A real example of this are various snacks, because when you open a bag with these products, you can't stop until you eat everything.

Do not take meat products (sausages, pâtés, sausages, hams…). You should eat only dried pieces of meat (homemade prosciutto, bacon, greaves, sausages).

Sweets to the extreme minimum! Keep in mind that any excess sugar that does not burn, turns into fat. The healthiest is sugar from fruit. Simple sugars (white and yellow) are not healthy!

Milk of animal origin should not be consumed. Not because of lactose, because who does not have lactose intolerance, he does not mind lactose. The real problem is CASEIN - a large protein molecule. It damages the colon, and this organ is the most important organ for immunity. The colon is designed so that it does not leak toxic content, but that content should be expelled. In people who consume milk, casein literally makes tiny holes in the intestine, so that toxic content slowly passes through the walls of the intestine and pours into the abdominal cavity. This is called LEAKING GUT SYNDROME in medicine.

Remember: Night skin care is essential for a healthy and rested look in the morning!

How important a morning beauty routine is is just as important as how you take

care of yourself at night and how you prepare your skin for a night's rest.

To maintain the freshness and softness of your skin,

it is very important to protect it at bedtime.

In addition to removing makeup and washing before bed, it is advisable to get used to a few more tricks for beautiful skin.

First of all, you need to get a night cream that suits your skin type. You need to be careful because if you choose the wrong cream, you will get a counter effect. Always apply night cream after removing makeup and cleansing the face.

Clay masks are ideal for skin care at bedtime. For a fuller and healthier skin in the morning, apply a clay mask on your face several times a week before bed, rinse it off and apply a night cream on your face.

Cotton masks are great for more relaxed and younger skin. You can use them every day, and the best ones are made of 100% cotton and high breathability.

In addition to face masks, eye masks will protect you from waking up with dark circles and swollen eyes. Eye masks also help with creams or products that you apply around the eyes at bedtime.

Lastly, the skin needs the most vitamin C to help produce collagen. If you do not consume enough vitamins during the day, drink effervescent vitamin C at bedtime for a youthful glowing skin in the morning.

What makes Jennifer Lopez look younger by the years

The abs. That face. How is it that Jennifer Lopez looks almost exactly the same as when she made her debut in 1991? Some would argue she looks even better than when she was a Fly Girl on In Living Color. The answer is straightforward: hard work. She sticks to a strict diet and workout regimen.

She opts for organic fruits and veggies.

Lopez doesn't eat processed foods and sticks to organic produce — kale with crumbled queso and toasted pumpkin seeds, or broccoli, peppers, and zucchini drizzled with vinaigrette. She might have a salad and salmon for lunch. Come dinnertime, she may go for a different protein. "I like pork and chicken, especially Puerto Rican style!" she told Us Weekly.

And she drinks a ton of water.

Hydration is super key and a for Lopez, it's a link to great exercise. "Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine," she told Hello!

She uses protein to stave off cravings.

J.Lo will drink a protein shake for breakfast, she told People. It's packed with whey protein, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey and lemon juice to kick off her morning. "Protein is my go-to," she told Hello!. "It fills me up and keeps me full longer."

She's not snacking on potato chips.

"I always have healthy snacks, like fruits and vegetables, with me," she told People.

But there is room for chocolate chips.

The World of Dance judge might pose with a cake, but she rarely eats it. If Lopez does go for dessert, her guilty pleasures are chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate chip cookies, her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, revealed on The View. However, when she went on a 10-day no sugar/no carbs challenge, she went through major sugar withdrawal.

She switches up her exercise.

Of course, her main way to sweat is dance. "Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness," Lopez told Hello! "And I really believe that when you take care of yourself and work to stay healthy, you're better able to take care of those you love. So working out is definitely a priority for me."
And (little known fact!) she was a track star in high school, according to A-Rod.

She doesn't give in to vices.

"I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine," J.Lo told UsWeekly. If she does have coffee, it's decaf.

She is not a sun worshipper.

"I'm rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen," Lopez told UsWeekly. She's also been known to sport a big hat and a cover-up to ensure she's well protected. Source: womansday
